Berkshire Theatre Group’s Fiorello! to Play New York City

The production marks the first time BTG will produce a show off-Broadway.

Berkshire Theatre Group has announced plans to move its current production of Fiorello! to off-Broadway's East 13th Street Theatre. The production, which will run from September 2-October 6, marks the first time Berkshire Theatre Group will be producing a show off-Broadway. Bob Moss directs, with choreography by Michael Callahan and music direction by Evan Zavada.

Berkshire Theatre Group’s current production of Fiorello! will continue its sold-out run at the Unicorn Theatre in Stockbridge, Massachusetts, through July 23.

With a book by Jerome Weidman and George Abbott, music by Jerry Bock, and lyrics by Sheldon Harnick, this Pulitzer Prize- and Tony Award-winning musical, is described as a "big-hearted look at Mayor LaGuardia and his battle for the people of New York City."
