The Sing for Hope pianos are the country's largest annual public arts project, reaching an estimated 2 million New Yorkers annually across the five boroughs. This summer marks the project's sixth anniversary with the placement of the 400th artist-designed piano to date, making New York City host to more street pianos than any other city in the world. After their time on the streets, Sing for Hope will transport the instruments to New York City public schools.
