The Tony-winning Broadway production of Lin-Manuel Miranda's Hamilton will double the number of $10 lottery seats available for each performance at the Richard Rodgers Theatre beginning January 31.

Starting that date, 46 seats per show will be available through the daily digital lottery. For matinee performances, the lottery will be open for entries between 8:00am and 10:00am. For evening performances following matinees, entries can be made between 11:00am and 1:00pm. On days with only an evening performance scheduled, entries can be made between 8:00am and 1:00pm.

With book, music, and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, direction by Thomas Kail, choreography by Andy Blankenbuehler, and music direction/orchestrations by Alex Lacamoire, Hamilton is based on Ron Chernow's biography of Founding Father Alexander Hamilton. The musical tells the story of Alexander Hamilton, an immigrant from the West Indies who became George Washington’s right-hand man during the Revolutionary War, and was the new nation’s first Treasury Secretary. The musical won 11 Tony Awards including Best Musical, Score, Book of a Musical, Direction of a Musical, Choreography, and Orchestrations.
