Flashback Friday: Angela Lansbury and Carol Burnett in Broadway: The Golden Age

Watch a trailer for Rick McKay’s acclaimed documentary.

Rick McKay, the filmmaker behind the acclaimed documentary Broadway: The Golden Age, died suddenly this week at the age of 57. The 2003 film, the first in an expected (and uncompleted) trilogy, looked at the Broadway of yesteryear, telling the stories of theatrical titans like Shirley MacLaine, Jerry Orbach, and more, and how they helped create legendary hits. In tribute to McKay, we look back on the film's original theatrical trailer.
