Tony winners Victoria Clark and Kelli O'Hara will reunite with the original cast of Adam Guettel and Craig Lucas' musical The Light in the Piazza for a one night only 10th anniversary concert on April 4. The evening, set to take place at the Vivian Beaumont Theatre, will serve as a benefit for Lincoln Center Theater's productions and education programs.

Clark and O'Hara will be joined by fellow original cast members Matthew Morrison, Michael Berresse, Sarah Uriarte Berry, Patti Cohenour, Beau Gravitte, Mark Harelik, Felicity LaFortune, and Joseph Siravo. Ted Sperling, the production's co-orchestrator and original musical director, will conduct.

Based on the novel by Elizabeth Spencer, The Light in the Piazza is set in the summer of 1953 and tells the story of a mother (Clark) and daughter (O’Hara) traveling through Italy, the daughter’s romance with a handsome, high-spirited Florentine (Morrison), and the mother’s determined efforts to keep the two apart.

The Light in the Piazza opened at Lincoln Center Theater in April 2005 after engagements at the Intiman Theatre in Seattle and the Goodman Theatre in Chicago. It played 540 performances at the Vivian Beaumont Theater and won 6 2005 Tony Awards, including Best Actress (Clark), Best Score (Guettel), and orchestrations (Sperling, Guettel, and Bruce Coughlin). The production was directed by Bartlett Sher.
