Irish Dance Legend Michael Flatley Makes His Broadway Debut in Lord of the Dance

”Dangerous Games”, the latest edition of the popular series, is running at the Lyric Theatre.

Irish step-dance legend Michael Flatley made his Broadway debut on Tuesday, November 10, as his new production, Lord of the Dance: Dangerous Games, opened at the Lyric Theatre. Flatley makes an appearance at the end of each evening performance (with the exceptions of November 18 and 19, and December 4 and 5). The production is scheduled to close on January 3.

Lord of the Dance: Dangerous Games comes to Broadway following a sold-out run at London's Dominion Theatre. The production feature Flatley protégés Morgan Comer, James Keegan, and Cathal Keaney in the title role of the "Lord of the Dance," alongside a cast of accomplished Irish dancers. The show also features groundbreaking new technology, holographs, and dancing robots. Gerard Fahy provides the score.
