Glenn Close and James Franco will co-star with Brit Marling in The Grace That Keeps This World, according to Deadline. The film is adapted from Tom Bailey’s novel of the same name, with screenplay by Matthew Aldrich.

Azazel Jacobs will direct this piece, about a family on the edge of the Adirondack wilderness, as they prepare for hunting season.

Close won Tony Awards for her roles in The Real Thing, Death and the Maiden, and Sunset Boulevard, and also received a Tony nomination for Barnum. Her numerous film roles include her Oscar-nominated turns in Albert Nobbs, Dangerous Liaisons, Fatal Attraction, The Natural, The Big Chill, and The World According to Garp. She is a two-time Emmy winner for the TV series Damages.

Franco appeared on stage last year in Three Performances in Search of Tennessee, and was Oscar-nominated for 127 Hours.
