First Look at Denzel Washington and Viola Davis in Fences Movie

The film adaptation of August Wilson's Fences, coming to theaters on December 25, has released its first teaser trailer. Denzel Washington and Viola Davis reprise their 2010 Tony-winning performances as Troy Maxson and Rose, alongside their fellow Broadway costars Stephen McKinley Henderson, Russell Hornsby, and Mykelti Williamson. Jovan Adepo and Saniyya Sydney round out the cast.

The film, featuring a screenplay penned by Wilson before his death in 2005, is produced by Todd Black, Scott Rudin, and Washington, who also directs.
