New dates have been announced for the romantic musical two-hander Daddy Long Legs, joining George Street Playhouse's 2016-17 season.

The production was previously slated to run from May 2-21, 2017, at the New Brunswick theater. Performances will now run from November 29-December 24 with a December 2 press opening. A production yet to be announced will now close out the season in the May 2-21 slot.

Inspired by the novel by Jean Webster, Daddy Long Legs follows a young woman's relationship with her unknown benefactor through a series of letters over the course of their lives. The musical features a book by Tony winner John Caird (Les Misérables) and a score by Tony nominee Paul Gordon (Jane Eyre).

The show recently concluded its extended off-Broadway run (starring Megan McGinnis and Adam Halpin) at the Davenport Theatre after a total of 309 performances.
