St. Ann’s Warehouse in Brooklyn has announced its offerings for its 2008 season.

In April, St. Ann’s will present The Druid Theatre in the American premiere of Enda Walsh’s The Walworth Farce, April 15-May 4. The Druid Theatre Company is best known in New York for the award-winning production of Martin McDonagh’s The Beauty Queen of Leenane.

Great Small Works and many other guest artists will take part in a 10-day celebration of the miniature at the 8th International Toy Theater Festival, May 23 -June 1. St. Ann’s Warehouse will be reconfigured to house a temporary Toy Theater Museum, with historic, vintage, and modern mini-theaters, as well as three performance spaces.

The season culminates with the Polish company TR Warszawa’s Macbeth, June 17-29, directed by Grzegorz Jarzyna. For this production, St. Ann’s will construct an outdoor theater in the roofless Civil-War era warehouse located across the street from the theater.

In addition, there will be special concert presentations from John Zorn and Electric Masada — The Dreamers on February 29 and Essential Cinema on March 1; Cynthia Hopkins and her band, Gloria Deluxe, in Transmissions from the Future on March 2; and the American premiere of Stay Awake! Live, a benefit concert of interpretations of vintage Disney film songs, to take place on April 1.

Tickets for the spring season go on sale January 23. For more information, call 718-254-8779 or visit www.stannswarehouse.org.
