Full Casting Set for Broadway’s Coram Boy

Full casting has been announced for Melly Still’s production of Coram Boy, which will begin performances at the Imperial Theatre on April 16 and open officially on May 2.

As previously announced, the show will star Jolly Abraham, Uzo Aduba, Jacqueline Antaramian, Bill Camp, Dashiell Eaves, Xanthe Elbrick, Tom Riis Farrell, Brad Flesicher, Karon Graves, Laura Heisler, Angela Lin, David Macdonald, Jan Maxwell, Quentin Maré, Kathleen McNenny, Christin Milioti, Charlotte Parry, Christina Rouner, Ivy Vahanian, and Wayne Wilcox

In addition, the 20-member on-stage choir will feature Philip Anderson, John Arbo, Sean Attebury, Renee Brna, Charlotte Cohn, Sean Cullen, Katie Geissinger, Zachary James, Tinashe Kajese, Katherine Keyes, Evangelia Kingsley, B.J. Karpen, Eric William Morris, Samantha Soule, Daniel Neer, Nina Negri, Mark Rehnstrom, Martin Sola, Alisson Weller, and Greg Wright.

The play has been adapted by Helen Edmundson from Jamila Gavin’s award-winning novel set in 18th-century England. It focuses on two orphans: Toby, who has been saved from an African slave ship, and Aaron, the abandoned son of the heir of a great estate. Coram Boy has played two sold-out engagements at London’s National Theatre.

The production team includes Still and Ti Green (costumes and sets), Paula Constable (lighting), Christopher Shutt (sound), Adrian Sutton (music), and Constantine Kitsopoulous (music direction).
