After a decade, Lorraine Hansberry's drama A Raisin in the Sun officially returns to Broadway tonight at the Barrymore Theatre, in a new production directed by Kenny Leon. Leading the starry cast is Tony and Oscar winner Denzel Washington as Walter Lee Younger, along with Oscar nominee Sophie Okonedo as Ruth, Tony winner Anika Noni Rose as Beneatha, and stage veteran LaTanya Richardson Jackson as Lena. Filling out the ensemble is a roster of great stage actors, including Stephen McKinley Henderson as Bobo and director David Cromer as Karl Lindner, among others. We'll bring you shots from the opening on April 4, but until then, see the handsome company in action in the photo gallery below.
