Janet Dacal, Santino Fontana Set for The Game of Love

The York Theatre Company concludes their celebration of Tom Jones with Musicals in Mufti: The Tom Jones Festival, with the New York premiere of The Game of Love, which will play 5 performances only May 11 -13 at The York Theatre at Saint Peter’s. West Hyler will direct, with music direction by Nancy Ford.

The Game of Love, based on The Anatol Plays by Arthur Schnitzler, is a musical about the frivolities and foibles of love that takes place in 19th-century Vienna. At the center of the piece is Anatol a playful Lothario, whose rendezvous with five unique women unfold over the course of this sensuous, melodic romp.

Santino Fontana will star as Anatol, with the cast also featuring Tom Aulino, Erin Davie, Janet Dacal, Jillian Louis, Elizabeth Loyacano, Ramona Mallory Steve Routman and Rob Sapp.

The Game of Love features book and lyrics by Tom Jones, music by classical composer Jacques Offenbach, and arrangements & additional music by Nancy Ford.
