PHOTO FLASH: Ashley Brown, Gavin Lee Welcome Sergeant First Class Leroy Petry to Mary Poppins

Stars Ashley Brown and Gavin Lee welcomed Sergeant First Class Leroy Petry and his family backstage after a performance of Mary Poppins at the New Amsterdam Theatre on Sunday, July 17.

In 2008 Sergeant Petry, wounded and under enemy fire in Afghanistan, saved two fellow soldiers by tossing away an enemy grenade that landed near them, losing his own right hand in the process. On July 12, 2011, President Obama presented Petry with a Medal Of Honor.
