Broadway’s Bring It On the Musical to Perform on America’s Got Talent

The Broadway cast of Bring It On: The Musical will perform on NBC’s America’s Got Talent tonight, August 22 at 9pm EST.

The musical, inspired by the popular film franchise about competitive cheerleading, is currently playing the St. James Theatre through January 20, 2013.

Directed and choreographed by Andy Blankenbuehler, with music supervision by Alex Lacamoire, the show features a book by Jeff Whitty, music and lyrics by Lin-Manuel Miranda, music by Tom Kitt, and lyrics by Amanda Green.

The cast features Taylor Louderman (Campbell), Adrienne Warren (Danielle), Ryann Redmond (Bridget), Elle McLemore (Eva), Jason Gotay (Randall), Ariana DeBose (Nautica), Gregory Haney (La Cienega), Neil Haskell (Steven), Janet Krupin (Kylar), Kate Rockwell (Skylar) and Nick Womack (Twig), along with Calli Alden, Nikki Bohne, Dexter Carr, Shonica Gooden, Haley Hannah, Rod Harrelson, Casey Jamerson, Michael Mindlin, Adrianna Parson and Bettis Richardson.

The cast also features some of the nation’s most skilled competitive cheerleaders with over 25 national and 50 team titles in gymnastics and choreography. Those members include Antwan Bethea, AJ Blankenship, Danielle Carlacci, Michael Naone-Carter, Courtney Corbeille, Dahlston Delgado, Brooklyn Alexis Freitag, Keith Gross, Melody Mills, David Ranck, Billie Sue Roe, Sheldon Tucker and Lauren Whitt.
