Flashback Friday: Billy Magnussen Can Sing, Too!
At this point it looks quite likely that Broadway’s newest dreamboat, Billy Magnussen, has been cast in the upcoming film version of the Sondheim musical Into the Woods. Though Magnussen has mentioned his band, Reserved for Rondee, to TheaterMania in the past, as far as Broadway goes we’ve only seen him in speaking roles.
If anyone is doubting Magnussen’s vocal chops, however, this video of him singing at an As the World Turns event in 2011 should put those concerns to rest. Plus, he’s really charming.
