Full Cast, Creative Team Set for A Night in the Old Marketplace

Full cast and creative team have been announced for the Prince Music Theater’s world premiere of A Night in the Old Marketplace, to run September 29-October 21, with an official opening slated for October 6.

Conceived and directed by Alexandra Aron and adapted from the Yiddish original by I.L. Peretz, the show is a Klezmer tale of people who rouse the spirits of the dead in order to heal past wrongs. It features a book and lyrics by Emmy Award-winner Glen Berger, with a score by Grammy Award-winner Frank London.

The cast will feature Ray Wills, Guil Fisher, Charlotte Cohn, Deborah Grausman, Steven Rattazzi, Melinda Blake, Mathew F. Burrow, Elisa Matthews, and Nicholas F. Severine.
The creative team includes Eric Barnes (music direction), Lauren Helpern (sets), Levi Okunov (costumes), Tyler Micoleau (lighting), and Nick Kourtides (sound).
