Brooks Ashmanskas, Harriet Harris, Victor Garber, et al. Set for Roundabout’s Broadway Revival of Present Laughter

Full casting has been announced for The Roundabout Theatre Company’s production of Noel Coward’s Present Laughter, which will begin performances at the American Airlines Theatre on January 2, with an official opening slated for January 21. Nicholas Martin will direct.

As previously announced, the play will star Victor Garber as Garry Essendine, a matinee idol whose life is turned upside down as he struggles to plan a trip to Africa.

The cast will also include Harriet Harris (Monica Reed), Brooks Ashmanskas (Roland Maule), Lisa Banes (Liz Essendine), Nancy E. Carroll (Miss Erickson), Alice Duffy (Lady Saltburn), Holley Fain (Daphne Stillington), Pamela Jane Gray (Joanna Lypiatt), James Joseph O’Neil (Fred), Richard Poe (Henry Lypiatt), and Marc Vietor (Morris Dixon).

The design team will include Alexander Dodge (sets), Jane Greenwood (costumes), Rui Rita (lights), and Drew Levy (sound).
