Broadway League Announces 2013 National Education Grant Recipients

The grants help organizations develop and maintain educational programming associated with touring productions.

The Broadway League has announced the recipients for its 2013 National Education and Community Engagement Grants. Now in its 18th year, the program presents 10 organizations with grants of $5,000 each to help them develop and maintain education programming associated with touring Broadway productions.

The organizations being awarded this year include Fox Cities Performing Arts Center, Inc. (Appleton, Wisconsin), Hippodrome Foundation, Inc. (Baltimore), Shea's Performing Arts Center (Buffalo, New York), Victoria Theatre Association (Dayton, Ohio), Peace Center for Performing Arts (Greenville, South Carolina), Clowes Memorial Hall at Butler University (Indianapolis, Indiana), Shubert Theater (New Haven, Connecticut), Rochester Broadway Theatre League (Rochester, New York), Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall (Sarasota, Florida), and ASU Gammage (Tempe, Arizona).
