Max Baker, Kristen Bush, Alvin Epstein, Elizabeth Franz, Jessica Hecht, Patrick Henney, Edward Hajj, and Euan Morton will join previously announced star Alfred Molina in the Roundabout Theatre Company’s production of Patrick Marber’s Howard Katz, which will play the Laura Pels Theatre, February 2-May 6. The production, which will open officially on March 8, will be directed by Tony Award winner Doug Hughes.

The show, which was previously produced in England, focuses on Howard Katz (Molina), an agent who has lost everything he has ever valued, including his career, his family, and his faith. Marber’s previous plays include Dealer’s Choice, After Miss Julie, and Closer. His new play Don Juan in Soho opens in London later this month and he wrote the screenplay for Notes on a Scandal, which opens in New York on December 25.

The creative team includes Scott Pask (sets), Catherine Zuber (costumes), Christopher Akerlind (lighting), and David Van Tieghem (original music and sound design). Hughes won the Tony Award for Doubt. His previous productions for the Roundabout include A Touch of the Poet, A Naked Girl on the Appian Way, and The Paris Letter.

Molina is a two-time Tony Award nominee for Fiddler on the Roof and Art, and most recently appeared onstage in The Cherry Orchard at Los Angeles’ Mark Taper Forum. His many film credits include Frida, Prick Up Your Ears, and Boogie Nights.

Baker was recently seen on the New York stage in Mother Courage and Abigail’s Party. Bush is currently appearing Off-Broadway in Great Expectations. Epstein is about to appear in the Yale Rep production of Black Snow and starred Off-Broadway earlier this year in the title role of King Lear. Franz won the Tony Award for Death of a Salesman and was nominated for Brighton Beach Memoirs. Hecht’s Broadway credits include Julius Caesar, After the Fall, and The Last Night of Ballyhoo. Henney made his Broadway debut as Chip in Beauty and the Beast. Hajj appeared Off-Broadway in East is East. Morton received a Tony Award nomination for Taboo and was seen last season Off-Broadway in Measure for Measure and Brundibar.
