Broadway’s Time Stands Still Announces November Talk Back Schedule

The November schedule of talk backs, held in conjunction with the Broadway production of Time Stands Still at the Cort Theatre, has been announced. The series features noted experts from the worlds of journalism, photojournalism, foreign affairs, and leaders in the international fight to protect journalistic freedoms.

Time Stands Still focuses on a journalist and a photographer, long-term partners who share a passion for documenting the realities of war, who face the prospect of living a more conventional life. The play was nominated for a 2010 Tony Award for Best Play.

Tuesday, November 9 will feature Pulitzer Prize winning photographer Carolyn Cole, award-winning photographer and author Ron Haviv, New York Times staff photographer and Pulitzer Prize finalist Michael Kamber, and Kristen Lubben associate curator at the International Center of Photography. Brian Wallis will moderate.

Tuesday, November 16 will feature Pulitzer Prize-winning Getty Images staff photographer John Moore, Getty news photographer Mario Tama, and Reportage by Getty Images photographer Shaul Schwarz. James Wellford will moderate.

Tuesday, November 30 will feature ABC News’ Bob Woodruff and wife Lee Woodruff, co-authors of In an Instant, and psychiatrist and author Robert Jay Lifton. The discussion will be moderated by Lesley Jane Seymor.

The cast of Time Stands Still features Laura Linney, Brian d’Arcy James, Eric Bogosian, and Christina Ricci.
