Emmy Award winner and Broadway veteran Tony Shalhoub (Monk) and Tony Award-winning producer Roger Horchow will be honored at New York Stage and Film’s Annual Winter Gala, to be held on Sunday, December 9 at The Plaza Hotel.

For over 25 years, New York Stage and Film has played a significant role in the development of new plays, provided a home for a diverse group of artists free from critical and commercial pressures, and established itself as a vital cultural institution for residents of the Hudson Valley and the New York metropolitan region.

Honorary Co-Chairs of the 2012 Gala Committee are Tim Daly, Sally Horchow, David Hyde Pierce, Jennifer Westfeldt, and Jon Hamm.

Shalhoub is currently appearing on Broadway in Lincoln Center Theater’s production of Golden Boy at the Belasco Theater. His many stage credits include Waiting for Godot, The Heidi Chronicles, Conversations with My Father, The Scene, and Lend Me A Tenor. He won three Emmy Awards, among other honors, for his work on Monk.

Horchow is currently represented on Broadway with the revival of Annie at the Palace Theatre, and has won Tony Awards for his productions of Crazy For You, Kiss Me, Kate, and Gypsy.
