This Thanksgiving, We’re Grateful for Broadway’s Special Thanksgiving Week Schedule

Staying home this Thanksgiving? Going to spend the holiday with your family? Want to escape any potential August: Osage County dinners where your least favorite relatives hurl family secrets and plates of fish at you? Then the best way to avoid any kind of emotional trauma is to go to the theater and watch the emotional traumas of others play out onstage.

If you get to have a quiet, calm dinner with a few friends, you can head out afterward and catch a performance of Beautiful — The Carole King Musical. If murder crosses your mind when your family starts going on about politics, set your scope on Chicago.
