Guare, Hirsch, Lasser, Seldes, et al. Added to Food for Thought Lineup

John Guare, Judd Hirsch, Louise Lasser, Rhonda Ross, Marian Seldes, and Kevin Stapleton are among the artists who have been added to the lineup of the Food For Thought series of lunchtime theater at The Players Club (16 Gramercy Park South).

On Wednesday, December 13, Stapleton, Rebekkah Ross, Jeremy Hollingworth, Caralyn Kozlowski, Sam Coppola, and Michael Citrini will come together for readings of William Saroyan’s Hello Out There and William Inge’s Bus Riley’s Back in Town, to be directed by Citrini.

On Monday, December 18, Guare will read his new work, Milos; Seldes will offer a pair of short Joyce Carol Oates pieces, When I Was a Little Girl and My Mother Didn’t Want Me; and Matthew Cowles and Tasha Lawrence will join Coppola for Susan Charlotte’s Life in a Plastic Bag.

On Tuesday, December 19, Hirsch and Karl Kenzler will star in Herb Gardner’s I’m With Ya Duke; Ross and Keith Randolph Smith will pair up for Edward Pomerantz’s Tell Me Something I Don’t Know About You; and Lasser will join her Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman co-star Greg Mullavey and Joan Darling for a series of comedy skteches.
