Euan Morton, Sally Murphy, and Emily Skinner will be among the many artists participating in Signature Theatre’s Open House Weekend, January 13-14, as the Virginia-based theater company unveils its new complex in Shirlington Village.

Over the course of two days, visitors will be able to tour the two new theaters, as well as attend numerous performances, master classes, concerts, and other activities. Among the many highlights will be concerts by Morton, Skinner, Will Gartshore, and Judy Simmons; a reading of Jerome Kilty’s Dear Liar starring Murphy and Terrence P. Currier; a reading of Joe Calarco’s new play Holding Pattern featuring Nancy Robinette; and a solo performance by actor/writer Josh Lefkowitz.

Signature’s first attraction at the new complex will be Stephen Sondheim and James Lapine’s Into The Woods, directed by Eric Schaefer. The production will run January 12-February 25.

All Open House events are free and open to the public, although some will require tickets, which will be distributed beginning at 11:30am on the day of the event. Tickets are limited to two per person.
