Masters of Sex and Kinky Boots Star Annaleigh Ashford Will Play 54 Below in February

Broadway veteran Annaleigh Ashford, a 2013 Tony nominee for her performance in the Cyndi Lauper-Harvey Fierstein musical Kinky Boots, will join the roster of performers at supper club 54 Below in 2014, playing two shows on February 3 (at 7pm and 9:30pm). Musical-directed by Will Van Dyke, Annaleigh Ashford — Lost in the Stars will feature songs by the likes of Kurt Weill and Stephen Sondheim.

Ashford departs the Broadway production of Kinky Boots in March to reprise her role as prostitute Betty DiMello on the second season of Showtime's Masters of Sex. She has appeared onstage in Rent, Dogfight, Wicked, and Legally Blonde, and in the films Sex and the City, Rachel Getting Married, and Franny.
