The Acting Company will honor its outgoing producer and cofounder, Margot Harley, at its annual gala, to be held November 9 at Capitale. The evening will also salute Emmy winner Tom Fontana (Oz) and educator and mentor Paul Fontana.

Harley has led the Acting Company, which she cofounded with John Houseman, for 42 years. She will be saluted by notable alumni, including Tony winners Patti LuPone and Kevin Kline, and Emmy winners Julianna Margulies and Edie Falco, for her years of service, which included overseeing productions of 139 classic and new works throughout 43 national tours attended by over 4 million people.

Tom Fontana and Paul Fontana will be presented with Warburg Humanitarian Awards for their outstanding philanthropic endeavors on behalf of children, education, and the arts.

The evening will serve as a benefit that supports classical theater and arts education for underserved audiences and students in New York and across the country.
