The Broadway Loves series will returns to Feinstein's/54 Below this fall with Broadway Loves Kelly Clarkson, a celebration of the three-time Grammy winning original American Idol. Concerts will take place April 3 at 7 and 9:30pm. Benjamin Rauhala serves as producer and musical director.
Broadway Loves Kelly Clarkson will feature a set-list filled with hits from Clarkson's 15-year career, including "A Moment Like This," "Since U Been Gone," "Piece By Piece," and more. The evening's lineup of Broadway talent includes Jackie Burns (Wicked), Tony Award nominee Jennifer Damiano (American Psycho), Ariana DeBose (A Bronx Tale — The Musical), Meghann Fahy (‘Next to Normal), Megan Kane (Gay Bride of Frankenstein), Janet Krupin (If/Then), Ginna Le Vine (Picnic), Taylor Louderman (Kinky Boots), Adam J. Levy (Broadway Loves Britney), Lesli Margherita (Matilda), Daniel Quadrino (Wicked), Stephanie Torns (Waitress), Josh Tolle (Kinky Boots), Alysha Umphress (On The Town), and Jenna Ushkowitz (Waitress). Final casting is subject to change.
The band will include David Cinquegrana and Justin Goldner on guitar, Mairi Dorman-Phaneuf on cello, Alexandra Eckhardt on bass, Jared Schonig on drums, and music director Benjamin Rauhala on piano, with Lacey Angerosa, Sean Doherty, and Rachel MacKenzie on background vocals.
Broadway Loves Kelly Clarkson is the eighth concert in the Broadway Loves series, which previously celebrated the music of Britney Spears, Celine Dion, Sam Smith, the Spice Girls, and Mariah Carey.
