Derek McLane to Take Part in Scenic Design Conversation at Farrow & Ball

Wallpaper and paint company Farrow & Ball will host Broadway scenic designer Derek McLane for a salon discussion regarding pattern and scale, and how it relates to scenic design.

McLane's work can currently be seen on Broadway in Beautiful: The Carole King Musical and off-Broadway in The End of Longing. A Tony winner for 33 Variations and an Emmy winner for the 2014 Oscars, he has also designed NBC's live broadcasts of The Sound of Music, Peter Pan, Hairspray, and The Wiz. His many Broadway credits include The Price, Nice Work If You Can Get It, and Grease, among other shows.

The event will take place Wednesday, June 7, 6pm-8pm, at Farrow & Ball's Flatiron Showroom.
