The Drama League has announced its fall 2015 schedule of events and workshops, which will take place at the Drama League Theatre Center. The season will include intimate conversations with theater artists as part of the Up Close series; a workshop with British ensemble Frantic Assembly, who created the choreography for Broadway's The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time; and the return of DirectorFest.

This season's participants in the Up Close series will be 2015 Tony Award winners Christian Borle (Something Rotten!) and Lisa Kron (Fun Home) as well as Tony Award nominee Max von Essen (An American in Paris) and Tony winner Julie White (Airline Highway). Peter and the Starcatcher playwright and Tony Award nominee Rick Elice will moderate Borle's Up Close engagement, while White's Up Close conversation will be hosted by Tony winner Annaleigh Ashford (You Can’t Take It With You), her costar in the upcoming Broadway production of Sylvia.

This year’s four short plays scheduled to play together in a full-length evening for DirectorFest will be directed by Sarah Elizabeth Wansley, Annie Tippe, Estefanía Fadul, and Brandon Woolf.
