Broadway Records announced today that Jay Armstrong Johnson – Live at Feinstein’s/54 Below will be released digitally and in stores on Friday, September 16. The album is currently available for pre-order at www.BroadwayRecords.com. The album is produced by Johnson and Will Van Dyke.

Johnson performed his solo show this past April, singing an eclectic blend of tunes from Broadway to radio pop to gospel, including duets with Todrick Hall, Lindsay Mendez, and Billy Lewis Jr. The track list is as follows:

Jay Armstrong Johnson has been seen on Broadway in On The Town, Hands on a Hardbody, Hair, and Catch Me If You Can. He also starred opposite Emma Thompson as Anthony Hope in the New York Philharmonic’s Sweeney Todd, and took on the role of Herman in the New York City Center Encores! production of The Most Happy Fella.
