Stars of Hamilton and Wicked Set for Broadway Sings the Beatles

Broadway’s best will participate in the event.

The full lineup has been announced for the twelfth installment of the acclaimed Broadway Sings concert series, Broadway Sings The Beatles. The Book of Mormon's Nic Rouleau, Hamilton's Jon Rua, and Wicked's Carrie St. Louis join previously announced cast members for the August 22 event at the Highline Ballroom.

The complete lineup will also include Angela Birchett (The Color Purple), Steel Burkhardt (Aladdin), Dawn Cantwell (Wicked), Drew Gehling (Waitress), Brittney Johnson (Beautiful — The Carole King Musical), Alison Luff (Les Misérables), Corey Mach (Godspell), Emily Padgett (Bright Star), Ciara Renée (Pippin), Antoine L. Smith (The Color Purple), Alysha Umphress (On the Town) and Zurin Villanueva (Shuffle Along), and Michael Wartella (Tuck Everlasting).

Featuring music orchestrated and arranged by Joshua Stephen Kartes, the evening will feature classic songs like "Yesterday" and "Hey Jude," backed by a 14-piece band. They received 10 Grammy Awards and an Academy Award.
