LaChanze to Present New Concert at Highline Ballroom

Tony winner LaChanze will present a new concert, Feeling Good, at the Highline Ballroom on Monday, February 27.

LaChanze won the 2006 Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical for The Color Purple. Her other Broadway credits include If/Then, Once on This Island (Tony and Drama Desk nominations), Ragtime, Company, and Uptown It’s Hot. She starred off-Broadway in Dessa Rose, The Bubbly Black Girl Sheds Her Chameleon Skin, and Inked Baby.

Feeling Good debuted in 2014 at Joe's Pub and had its official world premiere at the Kennedy Center in 2015. The February 27 concert is presented in anticipation of an upcoming tour.
