Neil Patrick Harris’ performance as Batman’s new nemesis Music Meister is preserved on the new soundtrack recording of Batman: The Brave and the Bold – Mayhem of the Music Meister!
, which will be released on October 24.
Harris lent his voice to the Cartoon Network animated series The Brave and the Bold for the episode that is airing on October 23. In it, Batman, along with his fellow heroes, finds himself powerless to resist the voice of the Music Meister, who is planning to control the world. The performer is heard on six of the eight tracks on the disc. The songs, including “I’m the Music Meister,” are by Michael McCuistion, Lolita Ritmanis and Kristopher Carter.
Harris recently served as the host of both the Tony Awards and the Emmy Awards. He stars on CBS’ How I Met Your Mother and his stage credits include Assassins, Rent, and All My Sons.
