A Better Place Makes Off-Broadway World Premiere

Wendy Beckett’s new play is now running at the Duke on 42nd Street.

The world premiere of Wendy Beckett's new play A Better Place, presented by the Directors Company in association with Pascal Productions, is now in previews at the Duke on 42nd Street. Directed by Evan Bergman, performances will run through June 12 with an official May 15 press opening.

The story follows a gay couple as they lust over the apartment owned by their neighbors. Refusing to tear themselves away from the window, they wonder how the people across the street attained that level of wealth.
