After two extensions, the world premiere production of S. Asher Gelman's Afterglow at The Loft at the Davenport Theatre has opened another block of tickets through January 14, 2018. In addition, Robbie Simpson, one of the original cast members, will return to the show as Alex starting tonight and through November 19.

Afterglow is described in a press release as "a one-act play exploring the emotional, intellectual, and physical connections between three men and the broader implications within their relationships. Josh and Alex, a married couple in an open relationship, invite Darius to share their bed one night. When a new intimate connection begins to form, all three men must come to terms with their individual definitions of love, loyalty, and trust as futures are questioned, relationships are shaken, and commitments are challenged."

In addition to Chisholm, the cast features Brandon Haagenson (Beauty and the Beast) and Patrick Reilly (Dating My Mother). Directed by Gelman himself, the creative team includes Ann Beyersdorfer (scenic design), Fabian Aguilar (costume design), Jamie Roderick (lighting design), and Alex Dietz-Kest (sound design).
