Bradley Dean and Emily Behny Join the Cast of Off-Broadway's The Fantasticks

The pair take on the roles of El Gallo and Luisa, respectively.

Broadway's Bradley Dean (A Little Night Music) and Emily Behny (Wicked national tour) will join the cast of the long-running off-Broadway musical The Fantasticks at The Theater Center. The pair will take on the roles of El Gallo and Luisa, respectively.

The Fantasticks, featuring music by Harvey Schmidt and book, lyrics, and direction by Tom Jones, follows a boy and girl who fall in love and then quickly grow apart. The score includes hit songs such as "Try to Remember," "Soon It's Gonna Rain," and "They Were You."

The current cast of The Fantasticks also includes Nathan Goodrich as The Boy (Matt), Dan Sharkey as The Boy’s Father (Hucklebee), Dale Hensley as The Girl's Father (Bellomy), MacIntyre Dixon as The Old Actor (Henry), Michael Nostrand as The Man Who Dies (Mortimer), and Drew Seigla as The Mute. The production also features John Thomas Waite and Kimberly Immanuel. Robert Felstein is the musical director and pianist, and Marge Fitts is the harpist.
