Atlantic Theater Company has announced a three-week extension of Olivier Award winner Derren Brown's Secret at the Linda Gross Theater. The world premiere production will open May 16 and will now play through June 25. The show, which began previews April 21, was previously scheduled to run through June 4.

Secret marks the American theatrical debut of Brown, a U.K.-based artist whose works have played sold-out runs in the West End and earned two Olivier Awards. It is written by Brown with Andy Nyman and Andrew O'Connor, with direction by O'Connor and Nyman.

The show is described as follows in a press release: "Be part of the startling world of mind-reading, suggestion, and psychological illusion at the hands of UK phenomenon Derren Brown. This spellbinding theatrical experience challenges us — in the most jaw-dropping way — to take a closer look at the stories and beliefs that guide our lives."
