First Look at Max von Essen and Cast of Yours Unfaithfully

Off-Broadway's Mint Theater has released production photos from its currently running world premiere of Miles Malleson's 1933 comedy Yours Unfaithfully. The production, which is helmed by artistic director Jonathan Bank, will officially open January 26 at the Beckett Theater.

Yours Unfaithfully's cast is led by Tony nominee Max von Essen (An American in Paris). The production also features Todd Cerveris, Mikaela Izquierdo, Elisabeth Gray, and John Hutton.

The play is described as an "intimate peek behind the closed doors of an open marriage. Stephen and Anne, blissfully happy for eight years, are committed to living up to their ideals. When Stephen, a writer who isn’t writing, begins to sink into a funk of unproductive moodiness, Anne encourages him to seek out a fresh spark."

Yours Unfaithfully was published in 1933 but never produced, making the Mint's production the play's world premiere.
