Academy Award winner Hayley Mills (The Parent Trap) will lead the cast of the New York Premiere of Party Face, a new comedy by Isobel Mahon and directed by Amanda Bearse. The production will begin performances on January 11 at New York City Center – Stage II for a run through April 8. Opening night is set for January 22. Additional casting will be announced at a later date.

Party Face is currently touring Ireland under its original title BOOM?, starring playwright Isobel Mahon. Press materials describe the play as follows: "You're invited to a party that’s full of surprises. Watch as careful plans are upended when a young woman's mother brings her own food to her daughter's party — and also the "right" person to be her daughter's new best friend. They put on their 'party faces' and hope for the best — but when facades crack, secrets spill…and laughter roars as their revelry leads to revelations."

The production will feature set design by Jeff Ridenour, lighting design by Joyce Liao, costume designs by Michael Blatzer, and sound design by Damien Figueras.
