The Actors Company Theatre (TACT) will present I've Gotta Be Me, an evening of song to benefit the company, on January 30 at the Laurie Beechman Theatre. Mark Lotito (Jersey Boys) will host the event. Scott Alan Evans will direct, with Robert Felstein serving as musical director.

The evening's lineup of performers will include Aisha De Haas (Rent), Peter Gregus (Jersey Boys), Capathia Jenkins (Newsies), Liz Larsen (Beautiful: The Carole King Musical), Judy McLane (Mamma Mia!), and Billy Stritch (42nd Street), who will star along with newcomers Patrick Dunn, Kelly McIntyre, and Zoe Kassay.

"We all need to be reminded from time to time to simply be ourselves," said Scott Alan Evans in a statement. "But in the theater, actors spend their entire careers in the skin of different characters. You can say to yourself, 'I've got to be me!' But which 'me' will you be? TACT will explore that question in a thrilling evening of song featuring some of Broadway’s brightest lights, as well as introducing some pretty bright newcomers."

TACT is described as "a company of theater artists that reveals, reclaims, and re-imagines great plays of literary merit, creating an intimate theater experience…by focusing on the text and the actor’s ability to bring it to life."
