Rehearsals recently began for Theatre for a New Audience's production of Shakespeare's Measure for Measure. It is set to run June 17-July 16 at the Polonsky Shakespeare Center. Simon Godwin directs.

Jonathan Cake, Cara Ricketts, and Thomas Jay Ryan play Vincentio, Isabella, and Angelo, respectively. The cast also includes Oberon K.A. Adjepong as Provost; Kenneth De Abrew as Froth, Messenger, Abhorson, Friar Peter, and the 2nd Gentleman; Zachary Fine as Friar Thomas, Elbow, Barnardine, and the 1st Gentleman; Leland Fowler as Claudio; Merritt Janson as Mariana; January LaVoy as Mistress Overdone, Escala, and Francisca; Christopher Michael McFarland as Pompey; Sam Morales as Juliet; and Haynes Thigpen as Lucio.

Measure for Measure features scenic and costume design by Paul Wills, lighting by Matthew Richards, composition and sound design by Jane Shaw, choreography by Brian Brooks, and dramaturgy by Jonathan Kalb.
