Patti LuPone Joins Classic Stage's Ladies Who Sing Sondheim Benefit

Two-time Tony winner Patti LuPone has joined the lineup for The Ladies Who Sing Sondheim, a benefit concert presented by Classic Stage Company. The evening will take place at Alice Tully Hall under the direction of John Doyle, who becomes Classic Stage's artistic leader in July.

LuPone and Doyle collaborated on the 2005 Broadway production of Sweeney Todd. The evening will also feature Cynthia Erivo (The Color Purple), Joaquina Kalukango (The Color Purple), Tony winner Victoria Clark (Cinderella), Judy Kuhn (Fun Home), Marin Mazzie (Next to Normal), Alexandra Silber (Fiddler on the Roof), and more to be announced.

Cocktails will be served at 6pm, with the performance at 7:30pm and dinner to follow. Classic Stage will also hold a benefit raffle with a grand prize of a trip for two to Italy and six nights at the luxurious Grand Hotel Miramare on the Italian Riviera.
