Scenes From the Public Theater's Musical Twelfth Night at the Delacorte

The Public Theater concluded its summer season of outdoor Shakespeare at the Delacorte Theater this past weekend with its Public Works production of Twelfth Night. The musical adaptation of Shakespeare’s comedy featured original music by Shaina Taub, who co-conceived the production with director Kwame Kwei-Armah.

The equity members of the cast included Tony winner Nikki M. James (Viola), Andrew Kober (Malvolio), Jose Llana (Orsino), Jacob Ming-Trent (Sir Toby Belch), and Shaina Taub (Feste), who performed alongside COBU, Jambalaya Brass Band, the Love Show, New York Deaf Theatre, United States Postal Carrier, and Ziranmen Kungfu Wushu Training Center, who offered cameo group performances.
