A rare New York revival of Oliver Goldsmith’s 1773 comedy She Stoops to Conquer will be presented this fall by the Actors Company Theatre. Directed by Scott Alan Evans, the show will run from October 4-November 5 at the Beckett Theatre at Theatre Row.

The company will be made up of Simon Jones, Cynthia Darlow, Mary Bacon, Jeremy Beck, MacKenzie Meehan, James Prendergast, and Richard Thieriot. Each actor appeared in a reading TACT presented as part of its Salon Series during the 2015-16 season. She Stoops to Conquer will feature set design by Brett Banakis, lighting design by Mary Louise Geiger, and costume design by Tracy Christiansen.

The organization will also present the world premiere of The Gravedigger's Lullaby, written by Jeff Talbott and directed by Jenn Thompson. It will begin performances February 28 and run through April 1. Casting is still to be announced.
