Jeff McCarthy and Emily Skinner will star as Sweeney Todd and Mrs. Lovett, respectively, in Stephen Sondheim and Hugh Wheeler’s Sweeney Todd to run October 22-November 1 at Lyric Theatre in Oklahoma City. Nick Corley will direct the production and Kevin Casey will serve as musical director.
The company will also feature Thomas E. Cunningham (Judge Turpin), Roland Rusinek (Beadle), Christopher J. Deaton (Anthony), Caitlin Wees (Johanna), Kris Todd (Beggar Woman), Jeremiah Downes (Pirelli), and Jimmi Kilduff (Tobias Ragg).
The creative team will include Amanda Foust (scenic design), Jeffrey Meek (costume design), Josh Epstein (lighting design), and Brad Poarch (sound design).
