Walnut Street Theatre's Independence Studio on 3 will present the world premiere of Eric Conger's Beautiful Boy from February 20-March 9, with previews beginning February 18. David Stradley directs the play, which stars Jeffrey Coon, Alicia Roper, Carla Belver, Elena Bossler, and Phillip Brown.

In Beautiful Boy, the death of Bill's adoptive parents inspires an instinctive need to find out who he is and where he comes from. The search for his birth parents takes him from Missouri to Connecticut, and what he finds is shocking.
