Philadelphia’s Theatre Exile Presents 2012-2013 Season

Theatre Exile introduces its16th season with the running of two world premiere and two Philadelphia premiere shows for the 2012-2013 year.

The season begins with The Edge of Our Bodies by Adam Rapp. Starring Nicole Erb and directed by Matt Pfeiffer, this show gives audiences a window into the life of a young woman in transition from innocence to maturity, and runs September 6-23.

The season continues with Lucile Lichtblau’s The English Bride, a political thriller and comedy that deals with terrorism, suspicion, and reality. The show runs November 6 to December 2 and is directed by Deborah Block. Next comes Jason Well’s The North Plan directed by Joe Canuso. The show runs from February 14 to March 10 and deals with the U.S. government’s dystopian fall into tyranny.

The season closes with North of the Boulevard by Bruce Graham and directed by Matt Pfeiffer. A story about the struggle of a common man trying to provide for his family and do right by his friends, this production will be live April 25 to May 19.
