Tony- and Olivier Award-nominated Euan Morton (Taboo) will take over the role of Hedwig in the upcoming national tour of Hedwig and the Angry Inch, beginning November 29 at the San Diego Civic Theater. In addition, Hannah Corneau will make her Broadway national touring debut in the role of Yitzhak.

Directed by Tony winner Michael Mayer (Spring Awakening), John Cameron Mitchell and Stephen Trask's Hedwig and the Angry Inch tells the story of "internationally ignored song stylist" Hedwig Robinson. She is out to set the record straight about her life, her loves, and the botched operation that left her with that "angry inch."

The show won four 2014 Tony Awards, including Best Revival of a Musical.

The members of Hedwig’s band, the Angry Inch (also known as Tits of Clay), are music director Justin Craig (guitar and keyboards), Matt Duncan (bass), Tim Mislock (guitar), and Peter Yanowitz (drums), all of whom originated their roles on Broadway and launched the national tour in San Francisco last week.

Rounding out the company are Mason Alexander Park (standby for Hedwig), Shannon Conley (standby for Yitzhak), Dylan Fusillo (standby for Schlatko), and Matt Katz-Bohen (standby for Skszp, Jacek, and Krzyzhtoff).

The creative team for Hedwig and the Angry Inch features Spencer Liff (musical staging), Julian Crouch (scenic design), Arianne Phillips (costume design), four-time Tony Award winner Kevin Adams (lighting design), Mike Potter (hair and makeup design), Tim O’Heir (sound design), Benjamin Pearcy for 59 Productions (projection design), and John Bair/Phosphene (animation).

Following the one-week engagement in San Diego, the national tour of Hedwig and the Angry Inch will then continue to play major cities across North America through July 2017 with Morton and Corneau.
