La Jolla Playhouse has announced Hundred Days as the final production of its 2018-19 season. Directed by Anne Kauffman, performances will run from September 22-October 21 in the Playhouse’s Mandell Weiss Forum.

Hundred Days features a book by the Bengsons and Sarah Gancher, and music and lyrics by the Bengsons. The show is described as "an exhilarating and heartrending autobiographical piece, written and performed by husband-and-wife team Abigail and Shaun Bengson, about embracing uncertainty, taking a leap, and loving as if you only had a hundred days to live."

Kauffman and movement director Sonya Tayeh return to the show, following its December 2017 off-Broadway run at New York Theatre Workshop.

Hundred Days joins La Jolla's previously announced 2018-19 season productions of The Squirrels (June 5-July 1), queens (July 3-29), Seize the King (August 21-September 16), The Year to Come (December 4-30), and Diana (February 19-March 31, 2019).
